In a matter of minutes the healthy eating challenge shall be complete! These were the rules:
- At least four fruits a day.
- No fizzy drinks.
- Only one small chocolate bar a day.
- early nights at least before 11:30.
- No redbull or any other energy drinks.
I found it quite challenging but fun to find healthy alternatives to snacks, I even tried to create my a whole new kind of sandwich.. which turned out to be yucky. =[
This is mainly what i've been eating other than my usual unhealthy snacks:
So these are what my basic fruits have been..
if you can't tell its a pair, apple and banana.. nanananana. I've been quite dirty around bananananas at school.. and on text..anyone who got one..sowwi =P
I looooove my orange juice! Ooo it never fails to get me hyper =D I used to eat alot of oranges but now it's a tad too acidic for me =[ so it's orange juice for me! Which also counts as one of your five a day =D
The love of my life so far... RUBICON MANGO JUICE!!! I could live of this stuff and the other day i found a FOUR of these cartons hidden in the garage... hehe mother, you should of learnt by now.. I know where all the hiding places are! =P
Anyhoo hopefully lil miss troublesome, who was also doing the challenge, completed it without a hitch and soon i may challenge all the hobo's to this challenge! If i can do it.. anyone can!
Tomorrow morning... i'm gonna get my self redbull and a weeks worth of chocolate =P
